Drug Addict Help???????

Question by : Drug addict help???????
My boyfriend is a recovering drug addict. I think he may have relapsed. Im not sure if maybe im just paranoid or if he really did. He goes to N.A meetings 3 times a week which i think might be just a cover up. I want to believe him but i just cant. How cant i be certain hes not lying to me? How can i help him? Thanks in advance.

Being involved with a recovering addict is very difficult, especially mentally. My ex-boyfriend was also an addict and had relapsed. This sounds super snoopy and wrong but I know that when he had a problem he would like to do his drugs in the bathroom and say that he was constipated so that he could use air freshener when he was done. I purchsed a pin camera and installed it in the bathroom to see if he was still using. He was. We got him back into rehab. If you have a gut feeling that he is using again follow it. It is you knowing him and his ways that will help him stay true and clean. Ask if you can join him going to N.A. to show your support and see what he says. If he seems unsure then ask him in a very serious way if he is using and that you want to help him. It will not be a fun conversation because an addict automatically is defensive, but in the long run if you can get him the help he needs it is worth it.
